1st Seminar was conducted in all HEIs through online platform. Speakers attended online; both speakers were from Dublin City University. Dr. Inam ul ahad presented his topic on critical raw material for a resource efficient circular economy and Dr. Muhannad Obeidi presented his topic on recent advancements in laser-related manufacturing processes. The attendees/participant join in-person at seminar halls in their respective institutes.
All representators started their preparation of organizing seminar. All participant coordinator HEIs were responsible for the preparation of booking of Halls and the necessary arrangements of conduction of online seminar. At NEDUET, Mechanical AV Hall was reserved for the day. At BUET, Smart lecture hall was reserved. At UET Taxila, Conference room in their department was reserved. At UniMaP, Siantan Seminar Room was reserved, and At UMPSA, Blik Taklimat JJIM was reserved for the day. The leaflet was designed for the dissemination about the seminar, dissemination activity was started one-weak ago. Leaflets were displayed at the departmental notice board and also displayed as a (2’ x 5’ size) Pana flex in the department. Students and staff were also informed about the event using digital media platform.

The pamphlet has a QR code attached so that participants can register. Out of the 232 responses that were received, 86 came from NED UET. Among them were 31 from BUET, 57 from UMPSA, and 58 from UniMaP. However, 59 attendees from UniMaP and 73 from NED UET attended the event. 31 from BUET, 16 from UET Taxila, and 57 from UMPSA were present.
